A sweet floral aroma, a bakery in the distance.. what is that? Don't Panic. Breathe. Close your eyes. Relax your shoulders, how do you feel? Relief, a melancholy sense of loss. Listen to the wind, what do you hear? Birds chirping, bees buzzing, a tiny voice screaming, "I'm still here. I never left." Let go. Breathe. It's ok. We made it, look how far we've come. You were never gone.
