I was playing Sky and I had gotten a message from a friend telling me how a friend they knew had been playing Sky. I added and messaged them, and since they played on Switch, we had to work with how difficult it is to add a friend on Switch while you yourself are on mobile. After we added each other we both got on Sky and played together.
We used all sorts of spells... My friend had used a height spell to be taller for a short amount of time and I honked crazily, meanwhile also laughing about it and enjoying myself. We used glow spells too. It was extremely chaotic and we hung out at home space making memories.
As time went on we got closer. I don't remember when exactly I did this but I bought them an Adventure Pass and we enjoyed the season together. I wasn't really a person to gift things but they were, to me at least, worthy of that money.
We spent that season chaotically doing quests and dailies while enjoying ourselves. One day, I drew my friend and my Sky kid at the hidden sunset in Valley. That has become one of the biggest things I remember, and meeting them has also helped me enjoy the small things in my life. It's hard to give an exact story on everything that's happened but they are the most amazing person I've met in my lifetime.
We've had our struggles but they have been there for me just as much as I have been there for them. I want people to know that no matter how small of a friend group you have, try and enjoy it, because even the smallest things mean a lot more than you think. Remember to cherish the memories you make with others!
