My camera roll is filled to the brim with Sky screenshots. I always want to capture every single exciting moment. I do this in real life too, always wanting to keep a single moment forever.
Sky has been teaching me that things don’t last, but there’s always something good to come next. Like how it’s sad when an amazing season ends but another one comes that might be even better! Or how the home island changes throughout the year and ends up looking beautiful in different ways.
Another thing that doesn’t last forever is friends. It’s sad, but it’s amazing to meet someone new in Sky and become good friends with them even if it’s just for a day.
This has happened to me several times, but that might just further prove that there’s always another good thing coming, like another Sky kid to have a jam sesh with.
